Glassdoor has released its inaugural report highlighting the 25 Best Jobs in America for 2015.
The report identifies the 25 best jobs based on the Glassdoor Job Score, using three key factors: earning potential based on average annual base salary, career opportunities rating and number of job openings.
The top job in America, according to the list, is Physician Assistant, which has an average base salary of $111,376, and 45,484 job openings at time of publishing. In second place was Software Engineer, average salary $98,047, and third Business Development Manager, with an average salary of $94,907.
The medical field featured heavily on Glassdoor’s list of best jobs, along with engineering, tech, and sales positions.
