Applicant Search Page

The Applicant page can be used to find the most qualified candidates in your database. Features include:

Search for applicants
Saved Searches
SEARCH - by Keyword Search; Weighted Search; find applicants by skill, education, experience and requisition
Search through specific areas such as: Application, Comments, Resume and Cover Letter
Narrow search by Requisition/Job Posting
Narrow search by Applicant Status
Narrow search by Date range.

From this search tool, you can narrow things down by keywords - searching both the text of the application and any attachments like the resume or cover letter. You can search by Requisition, or by Status and narrow that down to a date range.

Search Results Page:

The Search Results page shows the weighted search results based on the keywords you used in the search. The most relevant results appear towards the top of the search, with the highest weight. Features include:

Weighted results
Information includes: weight, requisition, applicant, email address, phone, date of application, applicant ID number and status of the application
From here you can also contact multiple applicants, assign requisitions or delete applicants
