Should You Use Texting with iRecruit?
iRecruit TXT is available to all iRecruit customers who would like to add texting into their recruiting tools. iRecruit TXT enables users to have private conversations with candidates directly from the applicant profile page. iRecruit users can have a faster time to fill by using texting.
Introduction to the Work Opportunity Tax Credit
Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is a federal tax credit designed to incentivize employers to hire employees from target groups who have faced significant barriers to employment, such as veterans, individuals on public assistance, and ex-felons.

The applicant portal is part of your iRecruit career center. This is where applicants go to review your available jobs and apply. The “portal” is available to applicants who create an account when they apply.
