iRecruit has many different features listed in the Sage price workbook. Here is a breakdown of what these different elements are:
Sage HRMS iRecruit – Express Edition (includes 1 user any type)
Select this option when your customer is a small customer who only needs access for a single person.
Sage HRMS iRecruit – Pro Edition (includes 5 users any type)
Most customers will use the Professional Edition. The “5 users” can be of any type (Administrators, Recruiters and/or Hiring Managers).
Sage HRMS iRecruit – Enterprise Edition (incl 25 users any type and Multi Org)
Select this option when your customer is a large customer, with more complex needs such as Multi-organizations. The “25 users” can be of any type (Administrators, Recruiters and/or Hiring Managers).
Sage HRMS iRecruit – Standard Setup Fee (one-time)
This is the cost to set up the iRecruit account.
Additional Users
There is a cost to adding more users above and beyond the Express (1 user), Professional (5 Users), and Enterprise (25 Users).

Additional Features
iConnect
iConnect is used to allow applicants to provide additional information, do offer letters, or do new hire paperwork.

Sage HRMS iRecruit – iConnect Base Processing Setup Fee (one-time)
This is the cost to set up the iConnect. iConnect includes 10 forms, and the I-9, W-4, State Tax Forms, Direct Deposit form, and Emergency Contacts.
Sage HRMS iRecruit – iConnect Additional Form (per form)
iConnect comes with 10 forms to start. Use this option of the customer needs more than 10 forms added. Idreally, they will give you a copy of their new hire package before you quote them so that you can give an accurate quote.
Sage HRMS iRecruit – Multi Org Enterprise Setup Fee (one-time per Fed ID#)
Note Multi-Org is for “Enterprise” level customers only. This is for customers who have more than one entity that they are using with iRecruit. This allows us to set up multiple career pages within a single account.
Sage HRMS iRecruit – Multi Org Enterprise (per Fed ID#)
Annual fee, per company, for using a multi-org account.
Sage HRMS iRecruit – Requisition Workflow and Approvals Setup Fee (one-time)
The setup fee for reacquisition approvals. Requisition Approvals is used when the customer needs an approval process for every job before it goes live. This process includes a customized request form, email routing for approvals.

Sage HRMS iRecruit – Internal Career Website Setup Fee (one-time per site)
For customers who want to have BOTH an internal and external career page. The Internal Career page is separate from the external job page which is open to the public. You can take the Internal Career page and link it to Sage ESS for example. This site also verifies that the applicant is an employee before they can proceed. Note, if the customer is multi-org, this cost is per site/company.

OTHER ITEMS, NOT ON PRICE WORKBOOK
Work Opportunity Tax Credit
WOTC or Work Opportunity Tax Credit is a Federal tax credit available to employers to hire and retain veterans and individuals from target groups with significant barriers to employment. This is very valuable, the average tax credit for a qualified employee is $2,400. Approximately 10% of employees are qualified. CMS helps save companies money with WOTC. There is a small setup fee, and a percentage of the tax credit is charged. Excellent, but not limited to, retail, restaurants and manufacturing businesses.
Verified First (Background Check Integration)
Verified First are a leading background screening provider. iRecruit is integrated with them through a simple browser extension. Unfortunately, we cannot give quotes for this services since they are an external company.
Texting with iRecruit
Texting is billed separately from iRecruit. The customer can set it up using a credit card, and is billed monthly. This allows customers to have texting conversations with clients. Pricing starts at $59 per month with a $75 registration and setup fee.
