Can I create a different hiring process for Interns who do not need an I-9?
Yes you can! Forms in iConnect can be assigned at the job level tied to a specific status such as “Hired,” or assigned individually to candidates.
If your I-9 is typically assigned at a specific status, such as “Hired,” you can add a different status for Interns so that they are not automatically assigned that form. You can also select specific forms to assign to new hires or interns at any time, and you can do so without selecting the I-9 (or any other document) if it is not required.
