iRecruit Updates Scheduled for December 21st
We are pleased to let you know that iRecruit will undergo a few enhancements on 12/21/2011. We do not expect any downtime during this update. The following updates will take place:
Requisitions
The Requisition Page will be updated (see attached screenshot) to show more “at a glance” information about the positions, including date opened, days open, number of applicants. Functions to share, forward, or add costs to a position is now located on the Edit page.
Applicants by Status
If you have a long list of statuses and lots of applicants, it can be a pain to scroll through to see what’s new and updated. Now you don’t have to! Applicants by Status will show a total count of applicants for each status listed, and clicking on “show/hide details” will allow you to drill down to see the list of applicants for a particular status.
Application Form -New Section for Drivers
If you have positions that require additional information regarding driving records and experience we’ve added a new “Driver Requirements/Experience” section. Questions will be added to the STANDARD form only. If you would like to use this brand new section, you can turn the questions on under Edit Standard Form.
Application Form – Newly Separated Veterans
A “newly separated date” has been added to to the veteran status questions under Affirmative Action. If you would like to use this brand new question, you can turn the question on under Affirmative Action Form. This field has also been added to the Data Manager for integration to Sage HRMS.
Reports
We’ve made it easy for you to email any report to anyone directly from the report itself.
