When you hire someone, whether or not you use iConnect (electronic onboarding), iRecruit will import up to 100 fields into the Sage HR database. The video below outlines the simple process of taking a new employee and transferring their data into Sage HRMS (or Abra) in two quick steps. Information includes HR Demographics (contact information), EEO/AAP, SSN, DOB, Job info, company info, supervisor(s), work history, education and even skills. In addition, if you use the custom user defined fields in either Sage Abra or Sage HRMS, those can also transfer.
