Can A New Hire Correct a Mistake on an iConnect Form/Document?

The above very important question comes from a customer who does a LOT of onboarding new hires. With iConnect, new hires complete all their new hire “paperwork” online instead of filling it out in person.

When a new hire made a small typo on his W-4 form, he reached out to HR to get it corrected asap, before the first payoll was done.

This is a quick fix in iRecruit. On the candidate profile page, select the Change Status icon, and select “Assigned with Applicant” to send the completed form back to the new hire. Click on the Send Reminder link to alert them the form is available again.

Each form or document in iConnect has its own history page, or audit trail so you can track all changes made to it.
