How To Welcome New Employees with iConnect

iConnect Onboarding New Hire Documents
There are several ways for you to use iConnect to provide a welcoming experience to both applicants and new hires. To begin with, you can include lots of welcoming and useful content in the applicant portal. Things like about your company, how to follow on social media, the benefits of working for you, interview tips, directions to your location(s), video.

 

Customer Questions: Can I do Offer & Rejection Letters in iRecruit?

iRecruit is extremely flexible when it comes to creating correspondence to use with candidates. There’s no limit to how many email notices you can create. Your iRecruit also has several example email templates that you can use in the help file.

 

Integrated Background Screening Through Verified First


iRecruit is proud to be partnered with Verified First to streamline the hiring process through the integration of pre-employment background screening services. Verified First provides one of the quickest, and most efficient background and drug screening services on the market today.

 

User Roles: What’s The Difference Between a Recruiter and a Hiring Manager?


The Recruiter role in iRecruit is designed for the user who needs full unrestricted access to all applications, and the ability to post a job whenever needed, and the Hiring Manager role in iRecruit is a little bit more restricted than the recruiter role.

 

iRecruit Average Number of Employment Applications February 2020

Sales Associate Hiring
iRecruit’s customers have received an average of 158 new employment applications in the month of February. This is up slightly from January which averaged 153. The number of applications by customer typically varies based on the number of jobs posted.

 

iRecruit Training in March

Join us on March 12th for iRecruit’s newest training session. Navigation and Customizing Dashboard Settings. Selecting relevant widgets, changing your theme color and setting other preferences.  Plus check out all the new training sessions added for 2020.

 

iRecruit Recent Updates

2020 W-4 Available in iConnect
New W-4 is now available for all iConnect customers. Along with the 2020 W-4, we have updated the following State Tax Withholding Forms. New forms can be activated, and old forms inactivated under iConnect > Federal and State Forms.

New I-9 is now available. New forms can be activated, and old forms inactivated under iConnect > Federal and State Forms.

Updated WOTC Portal
New and improved WOTC customer portal, track your tax credits.

Coming Soon – Texting. Text applicants from your dashboard or applicant profile page. Will be officially announced very soon. You’re not going to want to miss this.
