One of iRecruit’s useful built-in reports is the Comparative Analysis Report. This is a highly configurable report that each user can customize to build their own report that allows them to compare applications.

The report is pulled from several segments:

  • Applicant’s Name
  • Job Applied to
  • If applicant is an internal applicant
  • Application info (date applied, ID number)
  • Status/Disposition
  • Ratings Thumbs Up/Down and Star Rating
  • Labels and or Tags
  • Questions from the employment application
  • Work Opportunity Tax Credit eligibility
  • Applicant Distance (U.S. addresses only)
  • Weighted Search and scores

All of the above can be combined to create your report, which is sortable, and exportable to Excel.
