iConnect customers are always interested in collecting data from their new hires. This typically includes additional information that was not originally requested with an application form, such as Emergency Contacts, or skill questionnaires. All of the data collected in iRecruit is reportable. Depending on the settings of your account, you may see 14-18 different standard reports on your iRecruit menu.
Creating a custom report, based on one of your new iConnect forms is simple. The Exporter tool, on the Reports menu, allows us to build and save a custom Excel report for any data you are collecting.
The Exporter is a custom report engine that allows you to build a custom report using any field you have in iRecruit. Examples:
- Skills report based on skills listed on application
- License expiration date report
- Report based on custom form
- New hire report
iConnect is iRecruit’s electronic onboarding module, which is available as an add on to the Applicant Tracking Software. iConnect allows you to take control of the mountain of new hire paperwork and manage it online in your secure iRecruit database.
