You can also make new hires feel welcome by doing the following:

  1. Use iConnect to create an offer letter and acceptance.
  2. Add your new hire documents – new hires can easily complete all documents online using a paperless process.
  3. Communicate throughout your hiring process!
  4. Add a Welcome message video.
  5. Make sure the new hire gets the right forms to complete.
  6. Add links to your background screening company or benefits carriers.
  7. Upload your employee handbook.
  8. Add your org chart or key contacts for your company.
  9. Provide a checklist of pre-onboarding to-dos.
  10. Make sure new hires have the list of acceptable documents to use with their I-9.
