Using iRecruit TXT
It’s easy to keep in touch with candidates who prefer texts with iRecruit TXT. Simply request permission to text them during their application. You can start your conversation with any candidate who has given permission to send texts from the Applicant Profile Page by clicking on the Texting tab. Use a pre-built template, which can be used for frequently sent messages, or simply start typing in the text box.
Replies From Candidates
Replies From Candidates will go to the mobile device phone number associated with your account. You may reply from your phone, or from iRecruit, whichever is convenient. iRecruit will save a copy both of the sent and received messages in the history.
