3 Tips for Posting Jobs on Indeed.com

Job Title & Location. Be as clear and concise as possible with your job title. Don’t forget the location when you set up the position in iRecruit. Putting in the zip-code will help applicants find you on Indeed.com.

Keywords & Job Description will help applicants find your listing. If looking for a “Marketing Assistant” for example, use related keywords (marketing, social media, blogging, youtube) in the job description to increase search engine optimization. Be as descriptive as possible, while including your keywords, be sure to include your requirements for the position in the description.

Be more attractive to applicants. Do you offer awesome benefits? List them. Flexible work schedule? List it. Link to an “About our Company” page so applicants can learn more about you.
