In this session we’ll talk about Managing User Accounts, Other Administration Tasks. In this session you will learn:

  • Navigating the many Administration options in iRecruit.
  • Setting up your company information.
  • Editing default email templates.
  • Adding a new user or inactivating a former user (how this affects billing).
  • Types of user roles: Administrators, Recruiters, Hiring Managers and their permissions and variations.
  • Setting up applicant workflow or dispositions in the account, and how this ties into reports.
  • Time for Q and A.
