How Can I Welcome New Employees with iConnect?

There are several ways for you to use iConnect to provide a welcoming experience to both candidates and new hires. To begin, you can include lots of welcoming and useful content in the applicant portal. Company Links, how to follow on social media, the benefits of working for you, interview tips, directions to your location(s), video. You can also make new hires feel welcome by doing the following:

  1. Use iConnect to create an offer letter and acceptance.
  2. Add your new hire documents – new hires can easily complete all documents online using a paperless process.
  3. Add a Welcome message video.
  4. Make sure the new hire gets the right forms to complete and knows which documents they need to bring with them on their first day.
  5. Add links to your background screening company or benefits carriers.
  6. Upload your employee handbook and acknowledgement of receipt.
  7. Add your org chart or key contacts for your company.
  8. Provide a checklist of pre-onboarding to-dos for the new hire.
  9. Stay in constant contact with the new hires throughout the hiring stage with texting.
